Rowena and John Arnott are the proud owners and heart behind Right Heart Assisted Living. They are devoted parents to three children, ages 9, 13, and 16, and bring strong family values, compassion, and hands-on leadership into everything they do.
Rowena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and has been a dedicated nurse since 2008. Before
Rowena and John Arnott are the proud owners and heart behind Right Heart Assisted Living. They are devoted parents to three children, ages 9, 13, and 16, and bring strong family values, compassion, and hands-on leadership into everything they do.
Rowena holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and has been a dedicated nurse since 2008. Before opening Right Heart Assisted Living, she built a diverse and well-rounded clinical background, caring for patients in a variety of settings. Her experience includes bedside nursing on a cardiac floor, home health care, hemodialysis, and work as a Gl lab nurse. This broad clinical foundation allows Rowena to understand not only medical needs, but also the emotional, physical, and day-to-day challenges individuals face as they age. Her passion for quality, dignified, and compassionate care is the driving force behind the welcoming, home-like environment at Right Heart Assisted Living.
John holds an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering and has spent many years working in the oil industry. His technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and operational experience play a key role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-managed home for residents. John's attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensure that the facility operates smoothly and reliably for both residents and staff. In addition to owning and managing Right Heart Assisted Living, John and Rowena also own and operate Right at Home, an in-home care agency.
Through this work, they have supported countless families by providing dependable, compassionate care in the comfort of clients' own homes. Together, their combined experience in healthcare, operations, and family-centered care allows them to offer a level of service rooted in trust, professionalism, and genuine compassion.
Rowena and John's shared mission is to create a place where residents feel safe, respected, and truly at home - cared for not just as clients, but as extended family.
